Weldtool Cobalt 6 (ERCoCr-A) is a high chromium, tungsten, and cobalt alloy, widely recognized as the most versatile cobalt-based hardfacing material (commonly known as Stellite 6). It offers exceptional corrosion resistance and maintains high hardness at elevated temperatures up to 930°F. Ideally suited for shear blades, roll bushings, valves, and extrusion screws. This product provides a high-performance solution for wear strength in extreme environments. Each order includes actual certifications. Conforms to AWS A5.21 ERCoCr-A. Typical Composition: Co: 59%, Cr: 28.2%, W: 4.7%, Fe: 2.5%, Ni: 2.5%, C: 1.1%.
