Description:
WT 630-16 is a precipitation hardening stainless steel that is often used to weld materials of similar composition, such as 17-4 and 17-7. The mechanical properties of WT 630-16 are influenced by the heat treatment. This electrode is modified to stop the formation of ferrite networks in the martensite microstructure. WT 630-16 can be used in the welded condition or can be heat treated to obtain higher strength.

Tensile Strength: 135,000 psi min.
Elongation: 7% min.

Available in multiple sizes and diameters.
