Description:
Aluminum 5554 meets AWS A5.10 specifications. This alloy is composed mainly of Magnesium, Manganese, Chromium and Titanium. Alloy 5554 is recommended for welding with alloys of similar Aluminum, Magnesium composition, such as alloy 5454. This alloy is not prone to stress corrosion at high temperatures. Alloy 5554 is widely used in the production of chemical storage tanks and automotive parts.
